Our college proudly conducted the Moresby South Youth Special Training, a transformative initiative aimed at equipping young people with the right mindset, strong character, and practical skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. This event brought together aspiring youth from the Moresby South community for a focused training experience designed to inspire, educate, and empower.
The Moresby South Youth Special Training was more than just a skills workshop—it was a life-changing experience for many young participants. The program focused on three core pillars:
Character Development, Mindset Transformation, and Job-Ready Skills. Through engaging sessions, group activities, and motivational talks, the participants were challenged to reflect on their personal goals, build self-discipline, and develop a professional outlook.
Experienced trainers and guest speakers shared practical knowledge in areas such as workplace ethics, effective communication, leadership, teamwork, interview preparation, and resume writing. Youth were encouraged to dream big, think positively, and take ownership of their future.
